You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging, where applicable

Free Jewelry Promotions
Some Camille Delcourt items may be offered at a product price of $0, with the customer paying only the applicable shipping charge displayed at checkout.
Because the product itself was provided free of charge, there is no product purchase price to refund.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where:
- We sent the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The order was lost in transit
- A refund of delivery charges is required under applicable consumer law
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or required otherwise by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
Refund Processing
